Welcome to COOKING CLASS (“Platform,” “App,” “Service,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the COOKING CLASS mobile application, website, features, services, content, and related technologies.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any part of the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

COOKING CLASS is not responsible for the actions of users outside the platform.

Users retain ownership of content they upload, including photos, videos, messages, bios, voice recordings, profile details, comments, and gifts or reactions.

By uploading content, you grant COOKING CLASS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, distribute, improve platform functionality, and promote platform-related experiences.

This license ends when content is deleted, except where retention is legally required, backup systems temporarily retain data, or enforcement investigations are ongoing.

You are solely responsible for your content.

COOKING CLASS does not guarantee matches, relationship outcomes, compatibility, user authenticity, or continuous engagement.

Users interact at their own discretion and risk. We are not liable for emotional damages, offline incidents, user disputes, fraudulent behavior by users, or misrepresentation by users.

The platform may offer virtual gifts, coins, premium boosts, paid visibility features, subscription memberships, digital reactions, and premium classes or features.

All virtual purchases are non-transferable, have no cash value unless required by law, are non-refundable except where legally required, and may expire based on feature rules.

COOKING CLASS reserves the right to modify pricing, remove virtual items, adjust platform economies, and limit promotions.

Some features may require paid subscriptions. By purchasing subscriptions, you agree that payments may auto-renew, charges may occur automatically through app stores or payment providers, cancellation rules depend on your payment platform, and taxes may apply based on jurisdiction.

Users are responsible for managing subscription cancellations before renewal dates.

Refund requests are governed by Apple App Store policies, Google Play policies, and applicable local consumer protection laws.

All platform elements belong to COOKING CLASS or its licensors, including logos, branding, interface design, features, source code, graphics, animations, product systems, trademarks, and marketing materials.

Users may not copy platform functionality, reverse engineer systems, reproduce branding, resell the platform, or build competing clones using proprietary assets without written permission.

Users may delete their accounts at any time.

COOKING CLASS may suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations, fraud, abuse, dangerous conduct, illegal activity, security risks, or platform manipulation.

We reserve the right to remove content or accounts without prior notice when necessary.

Users may report harassment, fake accounts, fraud, inappropriate content, underage users, violence or threats, and scams.

COOKING CLASS may cooperate with law enforcement, regulatory agencies, courts, and government authorities where legally required.

The platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free systems, perfect moderation, security against all cyber threats, match success, or relationship outcomes. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, COOKING CLASS shall not be liable for indirect damages, emotional distress, relationship outcomes, user disputes, financial losses, data loss, reputation damage, personal injuries resulting from offline meetings, or unauthorized access incidents.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to the platform within the previous 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless COOKING CLASS, its founders, employees, partners, affiliates, contractors, and licensors from claims arising from your content, your conduct, your misuse of the Service, your violation of laws, or your violation of these Terms.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the platform, you acknowledge that data may be collected and processed, information may be stored in cloud infrastructure, certain data may be shared with service providers, and moderation systems may review content for safety purposes.

COOKING CLASS may integrate with payment processors, analytics providers, cloud hosting systems, authentication providers, telecom services, advertising partners, and AI moderation systems.

We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control. Users are subject to applicable third-party terms.

We may retain information as required by law, for fraud prevention, for security purposes, for dispute resolution, and for moderation investigations. Deleted accounts may remain in backups temporarily.

The Service may not be available in all countries or regions. Users are responsible for ensuring their use complies with local laws.

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes may be communicated through app notifications, email, website updates, or in-app announcements. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of the United Republic of Tanzania.
